Welcome, my name is Eric Peoples. I am a certified executive coach and speaker. My mission: to help high achievers like you win, focus, and finish strong.
My site covers topics related to personal development and organizational leadership. After 15+ years of leadership experience and 20+ years in ministry, I’ve learned what it means to embrace change, fight burnout, and live a life of intention.
My early career was spent in the fast-paced world of sales and marketing. I worked my way up within Xerox and eventually landed the role of High Volume Marketing Executive where I provided oversight of 28 reps and a budget of $140M. At various points during my career, I earned the distinction of being the top salesman for corporate accounts in the U.S.
In 1995, I entered the ministry serving as a youth pastor and Senior Associate Pastor at a church just outside Hartford, Connecticut. I aslo launched various domestic and overseas relief operations, bringing supplies and humanitarian aid to over 22 countries in the form of building projects and mission trips. This work continues to this day.
All of these experiences opened up numerous opportunities to travel and speak. Seeing the world broadened my perspective and allowed me to see the great need for helping people grow to be their best. My entire career has been based on the belief that every person carries intrinsic value. My passion is to help people actualize the potential they carry.
In 2012 I launched into executive coaching, dedicating myself to helping leaders attain focus, measurable results, and traction in their career and life. Today, I continue to coach, speak, travel, and affect positive change in various types of businesses and non-profits.
